Since it was discovered that the different Channel & Offset-Systems in Europe, especially on 70 cm, are quite complicated please find as well a PDF to clarify things helping to set up transceivers memory. All available frequencies & offsets configurations can be downloaded as database for Kenwood MCP-2A memory channel programming software for TM-D710 & TM-V71.
